VISION
The Social Services and Gender and Development Management Unit envisions to becoming the leading implementing unit of the City Mayor’s Office that delivers relevant social services and gender-related programs adhering to the Tagum City Vision Statement which is to PROVIDING BETTER quality of life to all Tagumenyos through good governance under the guidance of the Divine Providence.
MISSION
The Social Services and Gender and Development Management Unit is committed to provide relevant social services and implement GAD-mandated programs that would address the social needs of all Tagumenyos in collaboration with NGOs, GOs, and other stakeholders.
Organizational Outcome
• Provide immediate response in terms of medicines, hospitalization and other social services;
• Sensitive and responsive to the gender issues and concerns of the city;
• Efficient, effective and ready to serve to the people of Tagum.
