The City Government of Tagum extends necessary help to individuals left immobile by major disability like stroke. Aside from the Balik Sigla Program of the City Health Office, the City Mayor's Office also gives free wheel chairs to qualified individuals.

ASSISTANCE COVERAGE

No less than Mayor Allan L. Rellon will personally deliver one set of wheel chair per patient. If need be, the patient as also automatically referred to the City Health Office for the Balik Sigla Program.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Any bonafide resident of Tagum City who is immobile due to major disability are eligible to avail of a free wheel chair.

WHAT TO PRESENT?

Family member or neighbors can personally present a photo to the City Mayor's Office. The patient will then be included in the list.
